Andrea is an accomplished, recruiter-turned-business owner. She is passionate about how the interactions we have with people can foster effective and successful business relationships.

With 6 years of recruitment experience, Andrea learned how to recognize and serve the needs of stakeholders. She began her career working with one of the world’s leading technology and sciences companies. Having helped candidates obtain positions with NASA and The Department of Defense, she is diligent and skilled. Moving on in her career, she took a role with a national recruitment company where she went on to be three-time named Partner of the Quarter and Recruiting Partner of the Year during her 5-year tenure. Achieving the latter, she had broken the 19-year record at the company for generating the most sales.

At A1A Recruiting, Andrea is committed to the art of connecting individuals with companies that, when brought together, create synergy. She says that working with clients and candidates on achieving their goals is her inspiration. Every interaction helps shape the end result. Together with her esteemed business partner and friend, they have set out to provide a level of service that is unparalleled.

Her educational background includes attending Florida State University and The University of Central Florida. She has a Bachelor of Arts in advertising/public relations and a double minor in hospitality and sociology.

Angela is a results-driven recruiting leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedicated approach to talent selection. She is 100% focused on creating a better future and continually providing higher value for her clients. Angela grew up in a large Sicilian immigrant family, working the floor of her father’s restaurants and serving traditional Italian cuisine in Kansas City. From a young age, these experiences helped lay the foundation for her passion for both connecting people and creating elevated service experiences.

Angela attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. She gained professional management experience on a national scale in the hospitality industry. After building a strong skill set in recruiting talent and hiring professionals for her own business needs, she capitalized on her strengths and passion by finding her way to recruiting full-time. In record time, she became a consistently top-ranked Senior Recruiter at a national recruiting firm.

As a testament to her track record and drive for success, she won both Rookie of the Year and Recruiter of the Year within her first two years in the industry. Angela created a new brand with her trusted business partner and friend – and voila, A1A Recruiting was born!
